Onboarding Form
To get the most out of your involvement and to help us promote you to our attendees and online audience, please complete your onboarding form as soon as possible. We'll ask for your logo, too, so it's probably best to complete this on a desktop vs. mobile device. (Applicable for exhibitors and vendors only, please.)

Please complete this form at your earliest convenience, but no later than three weeks prior to event day. (Applicable for on-site event partners only, please.)

Making the most out of your involvement with Babies & Bumps goes way beyond just showing up on event day! There are two main pieces to this — showcasing your own organization and why / how you’re involved, and helping to generate buzz so the event is as incredible as it can be for everyone involved. Check out our tips & tricks for how you can make the event work for you (hint: this isn’t just while you’re on the exhibitor floor!)… flip through our asset library and get creative about how to highlight your involvement. Engage with us on social media. Gift lucky members of your audience access to the event… and more! The more you can do, the better the event will be for all! We can advertise all day long (and we do!), but there’s no substitute for someone hearing from people in the community, influencers, and brands about how great the event is and why they should come!

As an event partner, you'll receive a certain number of ticket codes so you can gift complimentary admission to Babies & Bumps to your friends, family, fans, and followers! Please follow the link below for more details on messaging, eligibility, redemption instructions for recipients, and more.

The most up-to-date information (including event partners and session schedules) is on our event pages. Each of them is launched 6-8 weeks prior to the event and updated with more details as we get closer to the big day. Find your event's page to reference and share!

Giving Back
Charity Raffle Donations
We host a charity raffle at every Babies & Bumps event! Raffle tickets are sold on event day and 100% of the proceeds are donated to a local non-profit that serves babies, new / soon-to-be parents, or families. Follow the link for deadlines, delivery, and other details.

Add On, If Needed
Electric
Even if your table is near an electrical outlet, we are prohibited by the venues from using them without paying for the connection, for power strips, and for cords to be taped down for safety and liability purposes. If you already added an electrical outlet to your registration, power will be run directly to you, and a power strip will be under your table on event day. If you need power and haven’t added that on yet, purchase it via the form below.
