As part of our partnership, we’re pleased to share ticket codes for complimentary General and VIP Admission to Babies & Bumps (the exact number is determined by your package type). These are a perk of your involvement, and we invite you to share them in a way that excites and rewards your fans and followers (or friends and family!) and also generates excitement about and registrations for Babies & Bumps. It’s a win-win-win for everyone involved!

Here are some things to keep in mind as you think about how to use these:

• You will receive your codes for complimentary tickets via email. If you need them again (or they didn’t make it to your inbox!), please let us know.
• These are NOT meant for your staff to use — that’s already included in your package 🙂
• Having a code does NOT guarantee admission. There are space limitations (and for VIP Admission, there are a limited number of gift bags). So, if we’re sold out, the recipient will not be able to register. Giving them out sooner is better, and please encourage the recipient to register as soon as possible via our event page (find yours here).
• Attendees MUST register online in advance. Codes cannot be presented at check-in.
• Full price General Admission tickets are $25 and give the attendee full access to all of our event elements, plus a grand prize ticket. VIP Admission tickets are $50 full price and give the attendee an additional grand prize ticket and a gift bag worth $100 or more in products. The ticket codes have no cash value.
• If VIP tickets sell out, VIP Admission codes will be applied to General Admission.
• Please do not gift more than one VIP Admission code to a single household. If distributing a pair, gift two General Admission codes, or one Premium and one General Admission code.
• Please DO share access codes with people directly (e.g. friends, customers, colleagues, family) or run an online giveaway for your fans and followers.
• Please DO NOT offer them up online or via email as “first come, first served.” Making tickets free for the taking diminishes the value of the event, which is so much more than an expo or health fair. We’re so careful to market this event in a way that doesn’t draw people who only want to come to get free things; our audience is engaged and interested in connecting with you! Please position this as something you’re able to gift to your clients, patients, community, etc. as a perk of supporting the event. We just don’t want to give the impression that the event doesn’t have value, otherwise it just changes the energy and how people approach their attendance.
