Onboarding Form
To get the most out of your involvement and to help us promote you to our attendees and online audience, please complete your onboarding form as soon as possible. We'll ask for your logo, too, so it's probably best to complete this on a desktop vs. mobile device.

Please complete this form at your earliest convenience, but no later than three weeks prior to event day. (Applicable for on-site event partners only, please.)

Charity Raffle Donations
We host a charity raffle at every Babies & Bumps event! Raffle tickets are sold on event day and 100% of the proceeds are donated to a local non-profit that serves babies, new / soon-to-be parents, or families. Follow the link for deadlines, delivery, and other details.

Electric
Even if your table is near an electrical outlet, we are prohibited by the venues from using them without paying for the connection, for power strips, and for cords to be taped down for safety and liability purposes. If you already added an electrical outlet to your registration, power will be run directly to you, and a power strip will be under your table on event day. If you need power and haven’t added that on yet, purchase it via the form below.
