Hi bestie, let me introduce myself! My name is Erin Prevost and I handle social media at Babies & Bumps. I enjoy fitness and health as well as shopping (which is not healthy for my wallet, whoops!). I also love trying out new brunch spots with my friends. Although I do consider my gorgeous yellow lab, Nellie, to be my child, I am a single, non-pregnant, no kid, gal… which is why it’s so important for us to collaborate with people who have been-there-done-that, or are in the thick of it now!
I’ll be your main contact for all-the-things! Do you need graphics? Call ya girl. Need me to send you tickets for a giveaway? I’m right on that, sis. And the list goes on! As you go through the program, know that we’re always open to suggestions to make the experience for both of us and our audiences. You can call or email anytime!
Deliverables & Compensation

- Share your custom link to the event in your social media platforms’ “link in bios.”
- Create two (2) photo posts promoting the event on relevant social media accounts.
- Create two (2) videos about the event and post on all social media accounts (one can be an unveiling of the gift bag!).
- Create two (2) stories encouraging your followers to swipe up and click the link to register for the event.

- You’ll receive a media pass and we’ll give you special intros to our exhibitors & vendors!
- We ask that you create at least 4 stories and post during the event (whatever your heart desires).
- We ask that you create one photo post describing your experience after the event.
- Also, I might pop over to you and ask you to make a TikTok with me!

- We will give you 40% of every ticket you sell!
- And you’ll get a custom link with an exclusive discount on Premium Admission tickets for your followers.
- We will also give you two pairs of tickets (Premium + General Admission — an $85 value!) so you can hold a giveaway!
- For every ticket sold via your custom link, you’ll receive an entry into a drawing for great prizes… just for our influencers! The winners will be chosen at the end of our 2022 event season.
- You will receive a gift bag — shipped right to your door — before the event (so you can make the coooooliest content).
- And we’ll share the content you create on our own social media platforms to help maximize your reach!

Babies & Bumps is totally different than a health fair or “baby expo,” there’s a strong focus on local organizations, and education is front-and-center throughout event day! Download our editorial guidelines for on-brand language and phrases, as well as a handful of things to avoid in messaging.

If you need something custom, just email me and our in-house designer will produce something for you ASAP.

We’ll give you guidelines of on-brand language that captures the spirit of the event (and also some words / phrases that we avoid). You’ll also receive a brand kit with elements you’re free to use for your posts.
Your fans follow you because of your authenticity and unique take on the world, so bring the flavor and personality to your content!
Our team is always available to support you with any graphics, if needed, and can answer any questions you have. (We’re here for our besties!)

As soon as we receive our payment from Eventbrite (usually about 10 business days after the event), we’ll run a report of ticket sales generated by your link and send you a check for 40% of the net revenue from those sales. Easy peasy!
We’ll need a W-9 from you before we create the link. Please fill this out and send it to erin@babies-and-bumps.com.

You’ll get a unique link, which has a discount code attached to it. Anytime the coupon code is used, it will be recorded in Eventbrite, and we’ll share the report with you when we send your check.

You’re free to choose which platform/s you post on! The more reach you have, the more ticket sales you’re likely to generate… and the more you’ll earn!

Yes, please! You’re representing our brand and helping people get a feel for what our events are like, so it’s important it’s on-brand, but we definitely don’t want you to sacrifice your own look / feel / personality! Please send content to erin@babies-and-bumps.com before posting.

The three weeks leading up to our events are the most active and when people are most interested in purchasing. This will give you the best results for your effort!
