Our seminars are led by local experts and focus on topics related to pregnancy, labor & delivery, newborns & infants, and the transition to parenthood. Sessions are typically 30 to 45 minutes long. We also have demonstrations throughout the day.

Get pumped up with Linsey Griffith, Doula, HBCE, PE and Jennifer Bailey, CD(DONA), CLC from The Ohio Doula in this seminar on how birth partners can be involved throughout pregnancy, take an active role in the delivery room, provide postpartum support, and bond with baby. Gain insight into the birth partner perspective and become educated on how, when, and what support they can provide for mom and baby.  Both Linsey and Jennifer are highly trained, experienced, and professional doulas who work in a partnership at The Ohio Doula.

Writing Your Birth Plan

This seminar covers the nuts and bolts of birth planning, with the goal of creating a healthy and positive beginning for you and your baby. Eliza joined the CHOICE team in 2012 as a childbirth educator and is currently a doula on track to finish her apprenticeship this year.

As parents ourselves, we understand the changing need for relationships after baby arrives and are playing matchmaker to help introduce local moms to each other in a structured, fun, and stress-free way!
